Hello Dr. My 6 months baby has nappy rashes which are very bad. We have applied soliderm cream since 10 days no much relief. And have not used nappy since then keeping his rashes open. Please suggest I have attached the picture.

Greetings u can use Candid cream local application two times a day change diaper every 3-4 hrly

Looks like fungal infection Ur soliderm cream contains anti fungal so continue with that But also apply zinc onitment like protectoderm which will help in healing 2 times /day Keep area dry It will take time to heal around 4weeks But if this is increasing do consult your pediatrician
