When u break or Pick on ur acne it has a tendency to leave marks. Avoid breaking ur acne and make sure u take appropriate medication for the active acne. Once the acne has been controlled then there r effective medications available to control and remove the pigmentation. Acne has multiple variants, so treatments will depend on the grade and type of acne. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
