I'm suffering from a nail infection since past 3 weeks. I thought it would heal by itself, but its only getting worse. It started with redness and swelling around the cuticles, and now the nail has discolored, and it appears something has grown on the nail bed due to which the nail is getting lifted slowly. It is painful and the nail has discolored. This is index finger nail on left hand. Kindly suggest how to heal it.

Looks like infection is spreading , use betadiene wipes nd oral medications with local relief may require depending on the severity of infection.. Please share images for better understanding
