It’s an impulse to lie...where u need to control it. Moreover the roots of this problem, triggers and your coping style has to be evaluated. A sense of acceptance can also be one of the reasons. A new style has to be reframed and taught to your brain . Don’t worry...good thing is that u have realised it’s a problem and want to deal with it.
