I had Myomectomy ( fibroids removal) it's a open cut abdomen surgery, on 11 th July 2019. So my question is 1. How many days is my bed rest ??? 2. When can I start having my sex life ??? 3. When can I start my exercises??? Thank you

There is no need of bed rest as now if no complications.  You can start sex life now. Exercises light you can do after 6 weeks and abdominal exercises after 3 months.
