It's been 16 hours since my wife gave birth and she's still not producing milk, what should I do? what should I do?

16 hours is too early a period to get worried. Please ask her to put the baby to breast. If she had her delivery in a hospital then any Doctors or Nurse or even attendants can teach her how to put the baby to breast. Everything is not treated by medicines.
