My wife is facing severe back pain

The back pain is not new....it occurs several times ....but it become normal in 1 or 2 days... so we ignore it.... and used pain reliving gel but now it become a severe problem as the pain is completely non tolerable..... even taking her to the clinic/hospital is also an issue.... please provide us a better solution

Hello mam, would like to know do you sit for long hours?If yes, take a breaks in between. Maintain your erect sitting posture.You can use Ice or heat compresses on the affected area and I would request you to undergo proper investigation for better diagnostic and treatment.
