My wife have lips problem

She has some kind of reaction like her lips black and small small cut on lips. She is not able to eat properly. She stop makeup of lipstick. Please advise. Thank you.

Cicaplast baumme B5 for application once daily. Momate cream for application at night for a week. Cap cobadex CZS once daily for a month. Apply Biluma Cream once daily at night for 1 month over Lips.
