My TVS report shows there is an ill defined heteroechoic lesion of size approx 13*15 mm in the mymoetrium of fundal region of the uterus s/o? uterine fibroid. impression: enlarged right ovary with right ovarian cyst. uterine fibroid. bulky cervix. PLS SUGGEST thanks madam. is it curable from medice or i have to go for surgery
