My testicles are imbalanced

Testicles are imbalanced, I have pain in right testicle. And right side of bladder is elongated downward. While I take cold bath testicles look in correct size and shape. But when I use hot water for bath testicles again look imbalanced. Please suggest me how to correct the imbalance and avoid this pain.

Hello, Normally the size of right testis does greater than left. Testes muscles are very sensitive to hot ant cold.  Cold water makes them shrink while warm water makes relax. So don't worry regarding this. Take rest pain will be subside in few days.

Don't dash hot water to testes.
