2 days before i ate chocolate in the night and from next morning my teeth is paining too much. I can't bear it.

it might be due to the chocolate got stuck to the decayed tooth .. just visit near by dentist 1 ce ... for time being rinse with lukewarm salt water

Most probably you are having a decay in one or more of your teeth on that side which is paining.

You should urgently visit a dentist in your area and get an X ray done . You may need a root canal treatment for that tooth.  unless it's a wisdom tooth which may need removal.
