Give 2 milk feeds using a glass and 3-4 solid meals,including curd and Banana in the diet. Stop bottle feeding,if given. Add syp vizylac twice a day for 5 days. Apply orasep lotion before meals for mouth ulcers. If not improving in 3 days,consult your paediatrician for physical examination and investigation for further management.
