My son is pooping and pus cell.

My 6 month old son is pooping(loose motion ) from Last 10 days . Stool test is done. Pus cell ranges to 5-6 and pH is acidic. Plz suggest some good medicine. He is becoming cranky now.

Hi. Please share your reports first as this could be normal or a sign of gut infection as well. Also mention what is the frequency and consistency of stools. Is there any other symptom that noticed?
