My son is not peeing for past 3 days

My son is 4 months old now. I am Breastfeeding him regularly. Till friday he is fine. But this Saturday onwards he is not peeing. Sunday evening he peed very little and it was thick. Today he is not peed till now. I'm worried what to do now. Can anyone pls suggest some ideas or medicines to solve this problem?

Better take him to doctor... Can be dehydration or something else....
