My son is 2 years 8 months. Since a year he often catches cold and running nose. Every month I need to visit his pediatrician for this. At night while sleeping his breathes are very loud. He opens mouth and sleep. His pediatrician given momeflo nasal spray for 3 months usage. But pharmacy person said don't use it for so long period as it's a steroid. I'm totally confused what to do now. Shall I use it for 3 months or not ?
