My son is having vomiting,fever,cold. He became so weak.I need ur help.what medicine need to give him.

You have not mentioned your son's age. Fever and vomiting are worrying than cold. More vomiting can lead to dehydration. Fever if continues can be a sign of infection. Better to get him checked before you can give him many medications.
