Hi My son is suffering from fever since morning.thermometer shows 100.5 now.we have paracetamol (Crocin) 1.2 ml 3 hrs back.he looks weak and tired and crying.can you please suggest some medicines now.we are planning to take him hospital morning though Thanks in advance
