My son has mouth breathing

We have taken a CT scan of mouth breathing problem and they commented as adenoid. So have attached the reports here. What is the next steps and if it is cured next what we have follow any dental related steps

Report is s/o severe adenoid hyperplasia You should get adenoidectomy if your son is not responding to medication Nasal spray metatop 2 puff twice a day for 4 weeks

What is his age? Adenoids are usually associated with all paediatric age group. They start decreasing after 8-10 years of age. However even after that period if the problem persists can go ahead with Adenoid resection surgery.

Can start with topical steroid nasal spray for now. to consult for further opinion
