My Son has fever, are reports fine?

My son was down with fever since 4 days .. temperature has reduced after using the course suggested by doctor but still during evening hours temperature is around 100-101F... I am currently travelling and could not get in touch with doctor .. need suggestion if the reports fine especially the platelets count for a 4year old ?
