Pooping once in 10 days or 10times a day in small.size are both normal for breastfeeding babies. No need to give any medicines unless the child is extremely uncomfortable or is passing stony hard stools. Reduced sleeping meaning if child is irritated or cranky then we need to do something about it otherwise its a behaviour change which is temporary and nthg to do except may be a little more pampering here and there so baby sleeps
