My sister has blood deficiency. Her Hb is 4.6 right now. It has also happened 3 years ago. She don't like to eat anything.

This is not just low hb   ...but low platelets also.. Need to know many details like symptoms...causes for this should be known.. Anemia also causing reduction in appetite... Dont neglect. ..she needs an immediate clinical care
