My right testicle low right hangs side .

I'm 13 years old and my left testicle hangs high and more to the side and my right testicle hangs lower in the middle I've just started puberty and there is no obvious lumps or bumps except a vein or the epidermis . Because I've only just started puberty should I be worried ?
