Hello Doctor, My right testicle hangs lower than the left one and my erection has also decreased. I get erection only when i masturbate, which is also not perfect erection. Please help

There can be a slight difference in the levels of testes, it could be normal. Unless there is symptoms of pain, swelling, etc it shouldn't be a concern. Regarding erection question, problem with arousal ability during sex is suspected. A possible  porn use problem is suspected. I would suggest you to consult with a sexologist.
