That sir.i think over in any issues.spexially about my health i worry very much.in 2007 i got to know that i have high bp.after that my mind went on overthink about the effect of high bp.that i had to lead a contrlled life and diet.i can not enjoy as early.that sort of think troubles me.doctor that time advised me to check my body.but i could not do due to my money problem.after that i have been fighting with my mind whether i have any major illness in my body or not.last few years happened that i become so worry that i could not prepare my mind to check up my body in any lab.now what happened i feel that my heart is weak.my self diabetes. myself neoro problem.this kind of feeling troubles me a lot.last few months i have seen that i myself get much angry to any little issues or sometimes become much happy . Sir .i am writing here my problems.please suggest me what to do sir.i will remain thank ful foreever
