4 years back I had Anemia with low counting of rbc Then I recovered Now I feel same symtoms Shortness in breathe My skin is turning yellow Fatigue and tired

Since your skin is turning yellow , it could be because of hemolysis ... You need a CBC LFT urine routine ( bile pigments) S.haptoglobin LDH stool examination kindly do these tests and come back with reports happy to help you
