My dengue is negative before 9 days thypoid is positive but now thypoid negative but 1 test tpc test many times but always platelets count low now my platelets 46000 and i test 8 times but not increase one time is 65000 but now 46000 all test are negative so please consult me one doctor say test for born marrow but other doctors say this test is not require. So please tell what is do for increase platelates

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Start taking a tab. Caripill thrice a day after meals for 5 days. Drink plenty of fluids. Check platelets after 2 days.
