My platelets are slightly low..I hab testes cbc.where rbc,hb and.wbc are in.normal.range but platelets are up to 126000 with no.symptoms...should I.worry??does.it increase by itself??I have tested liver and kidney there are no.infection and also stool.and.urine.are normal...pls.tell me.what should.I.do?
