My periods is light and I feel nauseous

I had my last periods on 1st Feb and again there was light bleeding (kind of spotting) which started on 25th Feb. Spotting continued till yesterday and stopped today. I feel nauseous since a week. I can eat sometimes and feel like vomitting otherwise. Are these symptoms of pregnancy. Should I take the test? Kindly clarify
