I have acne problem since 7 months but on that time my period was normal but this month my period is delayed by 7day. What is the reason

If you are expecting pregnancy.. Do upt.. Otherwise wait for menses for next 7days ... Delayed menses may be due to hormonal imbalance due to stress exertion  or distrubed sleep.. Improve your lifestyle to reduce stress

just one cycle a delayed period may ne because of recent weight gain , disturbed sleep pattern or stress if there is possibility of pregnancy. watch your other cycles and then consider

There are two reasons for delay in menses one is pregnancy and other one is hormone imbalance.. Rule out both reasons

You might be having some harmonal imbalance , mostly PCOS. Eat Flax seeds . Do regular exercise . Try to reduce weight. Sonography can confirm diagnosis.
