My penis has some burning sensation inside the penis and i am confused is it my mind or need medical condition anxiety ahead about it all day pliz help any tips and i am showig pics

More then psychological I believe this is physical. There is a possibility you might be having some infection which needs to be evaluated. Due to which you must be facing this issue.
