My niece recently diagnosed with TB but I have doubt whether the report is genuine or not so please clarify my doubt as soon as possible.

I couldn't understand why you have doubts about the reports . Ofcourse this is a primitive way of diagnosing Tuberculosis. Please consult with a General Physician in your area. A physical examination is required before we diagnose Tuberculosis.
