She is recovered from covid and not having any covid symptoms now. we didn't tested her for negative report as in fear of so much rush in hospital. but its almost 15 16 days now she is feeling better and normal . should we go for CT scan or not, to know is infection is still there or not. or any other test or should we conclude that she is fine now and free from any infection. please suggest

Before doing anything, please make her walk for 6 minutes and notice how much her saturation drops from the baseline. A plain CBC and CRP might tell you if there is ongoing disease activity and based on that, we can decide if we want to subject her to that hefty dose of radiation again!
Next Steps
six minute walk test

If she doesn't have any symptoms for now and maintaining oxygen saturation above 96% That means she is out of danger but continue with the multi vitamin and proper rest Do not let increase her oxygen demand just in thought that she is absolutely fine, although she is  absolutely fine she still needs to take proper rest and good food
