Hello Sir, Considering your age your mother should be around 65 to 70 years of age. For her current symptoms any antipyretic like paracetamol and anti histaminics for cold treatment should suffice. For her cardiac status one should know her echocardiography report as decision about next step will require knowledge of LV ejection fraction and pulmonary artery pressure.
