My mother is 47 year old and always have normal regular periods. she never experienced PMS symptoms like sore breast or painful nipples or cramps in her life. My mother is on her periods right now , her period started on 24 june 2023. She did not experienced any PMS symptoms before  but today, according to her, her nipples are hard and painful to touch. There is no pain in her breast but only on hef nipples.
