My mother is having minor slip disc problem which causes immense pain through out neck spinal cord and back.. The pain is now getting started in legs as well , she feels difficulty in moving or turning. Feels numbess in left hand as well.

Skip disc can worsen if not given immediate therapy. See what increases her symptoms forward bending or backward bending. Mist if the cases backward bending feels good and takes away numbness. If so encourage laying down on stomach and backward bending Thorough assessment and management with expert therapist advisable Please consult me personally online for more thorough protocol
