IMPRESSION: - CT findings are suggestive of:- • Two enhancing polypoidal lesions arising from wall of urinary bladder, as described above - ? neoplastic etiology. Needs histopathological correlation. • Cholelithiasis. • Fatty liver. Correlate clinically and with other related investigations. Is everything all right ? Or some thing on which we have to pay attention

This needs further investigation . May I know what complainants patient was having and urine microscopy results of this patient . You can consult if you want with above reports , and would be more appropriate of if I can talk to the patient to know the symptoms .

You should consult with Urologist and do a Cystoscopy with TURBT. If biopsy comes to be positive for malignancy consult with Oncologist and proceed according to his/her advice.
