I checked the bp that time when bleeding comes from nose but was normal 120/60 But she has allergic problem type 1 So wt to do now

Avoid repeated blowing of nose,  nose cleaning. Drink plenty of water. CT NOSE AND PNS OR nasal endoscopy you can take
