My mind is always fluctating, what to do

When i want do some work, i will do later and i m not going do it at all. after time passes i realize i should have done that and one more thing when i get bored i usually mastrubute , help me plz

Masterbation is a natural physiological phenomenon. Nothing to worry about that.But some time people use it after getting depressed. I think u ha e some emotional disturbances. That is why u always aside ur work.Depression anxiety make people lazy. But u have to cheerup urself and do the when it is needed,dont took it aside.
