My left hand last two fingers are numb

My left hand last two fingers and left side of palm is numb for almost 2 weeks. In between for a single day it was normal but again I am feeling the numbness in my hands. What could be the reason I am worried and I started working night shift from March of this year. I am over obese too

This could be ulnar nerve compression.
