You just have to be focused on correct diet.
Most importantly
Take more and more water
Focus more on
calcium and protien rich sources such as milk & milk products, besan cheela , dhokla , egg whites , dal & rice etc.
Consume
vitamin D so that calicum u take in diet can be easily absorbed.
Take Iron rich sources. This will be beneficial for you and your baby both as the baby is only dependent on breastfeed.
The more healthy you eat , more healthy the baby will be.
Avoid coffee and tea intake with meals as it hinders iron absorption. Also , limit coffee and tea intake upto 2 cups per day .
