Hello... BP at the age of 35 years should be preferably below 140/80 mm Hg.
But nothing to worry.
U may keep BP under control by
1.Starting salt restriction.
2.Avoid excess oily/fatty stuff/processed food/non-veg.
3.Start daily walk for 30-60 min.
4.Weight of 118 kgs is too high.Reduce weight by exercise & proper diet.
5.Reduce stress by sleeping for 8 hours per day & meditation.

Check BP once in 15 days or earlier if any symptoms.
