By just seeing the report we can just opine that you need a hysterolaparoscopy, a minor procedure which can involves passing small camera of 3 mm diameter into your uterus through vagina and small camera in abdomen to see uterus and fallopian tubes. This is both diagnostic which means used to identify the problem as well as therapeutic which means used to treat the problem
