My head is spinning  and surrounding also. Feeling nausea and head is heavy. Blood pressure also shoot up to 150/ 85. Its vertigo, I have developed same symptoms three week back

Do u have hypertension earlier on medication ? Yes symptomaticaly looks lik vertigo But bp also is on the higher side
Next Steps
take t.vertin 16 mg twice a day along with t.strugeron plus nit alone or whn u hav the sumptom take complete bed rest for 3 days do not make sudden jerky movements of head or bend down suddenly chk ur bp again trice a day and if higher meet a doctor
Health Tips
u need to visit an ent nearby whn possible during symptom so tat they can do an exercise tat will help  correct the issue and teach u some exercises
