My left hand joint bone pained from 10 days, i don't know the reason but i think bone was accidentally injured, for these what treatment i get.

Rest your hand. Take over the counter pain meds. Visit the nearest ortho surgeon who can examine the hand and order xrays to rule out bony injuries.

The hand has 27 bones. And more than 20 joints. Where is your problem? You need proper assessment. Please see a doctor. Dr M Vashishtha FRCS, dr-MV.com
