My left hand joint bone pained from 10 days, i don't know the reason but i think bone was accidentally injured, for these what treatment i get.

Rest your hand. Take over the counter pain meds. Visit the nearest ortho surgeon who can examine the hand and order xrays to rule out bony injuries.
