My fingers joints and wrist joint pains

Fingers become rod like and non bendable,paining while floding them specially at night during sleep. Right wrist joint have shighr spelling and pain to lift any item. Pain goes hoti small finger . Sone time ne k and should er pain. One doctor said it is Arthritis pain have to eat HCQS regularly. Why is this pain and is there any other  remedies? I do feel hip pain and back pain while long standing in the kitchen while cooking or doing house works. Please suggest.

I am not sure you have arthritis Pl do following tests BBC ESR CRP RF ANTI CRP
