My mom aged around 67 , she feels tiredness always, sleeping frequently whenever she feels tired, joint pain while walking, Breathlesness while claiming stairs, she takes food twice in a day, recently I took her to laboratory check, reports I attached for reference, please guide me required medicine, she is having gastric issues, allergic to gastric tablet, her ph level is 5.0. Specific gravity urine 1.020,urobilinogen is 0.2,bile salt, bile pigment is absent
