Sir, the prescription is not clear. If there is no health issues and allergy for medicines, then You can start with moxikind Cv 625 mg twice daily for 3 days ( morning and night after food) Flagyl 400 mg twice daily for 3 days( morning and night after food) , Zerodol SP thrice daily for 1 day ( morning, afternoon and night after food) and pan 40 twice daily for 3 days ( morning and night before food) Avoid hot water gargle and chewing over the area.
Next Steps
Visit dentist as soon as possible and take an IOPA xray and proceed with RCT or Extraction whichever needed.
