My Father is facing back pain

Dear Doctor, My father is 60 yr old having back pain prob. since 4-5 months. By profession he is farmer. We have done all the tests like sonography, x-ray, MRI, Cityscan, etc but nothing has found out. He had stamoch operated in cancer treatment in 2008. We have shown him to 5-6 physiotheperists but it is not improving.
