My father 67 yrs old fell down
Hi,
Yesterday my father fell down and got injured. He is having pain in the shoulders and have trouble moving it.
I've attached the xray images for your kind reference.
Kindly suggest the course of action and treatment

Use a Arm sling or shoulder bag to immobilise the upper limb.
Don't apply anything on shoulder.
tab.patacetamol 650 mg..( if he is not allergic or no liver problems)
