My ear hurts so much

This is seriously issue whenever  I swallow anything my right ear hurt so much I don't what do now I never faced this type problem before

Could be eustachian tube  dysfunction causing retraction of the ear drum..please try decongestant nasal drops followed by steam inhalation along with an antihistamine at night for a week
